The man is wanted in connection with an indecent exposure that took place in March.
Police have released an e-fit of a man wanted for indecent exposure.
The man flashed at a woman in her 30s near an underpass in Broadley Road between Nazeing and Harlow at around 9.30am on March 28.
He was describd as white, 5ft 7ins, of slim build, with short blond hair and wore a black tracksuit.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Essex Police on 101.
