The next staffed ticket office to close will be Wanstead Tube station on April 27, it has been announced.
New ticket machines are set to be installed at the station under Transport for London (TfL) plans to save £4.2bn by 2020.
The controversial move, which TfL describes as "improvement work", will mean up to 900 jobs will be lost.
TfL said staff will be moved into the ticket hall and stations will continue to be staffed from the first to last trains.
Work has finished to close South Woodford's ticket office after work started on March 16.
By June, the Central line stations of Leyton, Snaresbrook and Woodford will then be closed.
Between July and September, Buckhurst Hill and Leytonstone offices will shut.
Then from October to December, offices at Debden, Epping and Loughton stations will close.
Wanstead Tube station's ticket offices will close on April 27.
