A CCTV image has been released in he hunt for a shoplifter who struck twice in one day.
The man pictured stole from Budgens in Station Road, Chingford, on March 11.
He visited the shop twice between 4pm and 4.20pm and each time concealed meat and diary products in his jacket before leaving without paying.
