Severe delays on M11 following two lane blockage
There are severe delays on the M11 after a flat bed truck broke down between two lanes.
The lanes are currently blocked on the road between junction 4 for the A406 in Woodford and junction 5 for Loughton.
The Highways Agency are on the scene.
