A cannabis factory discovery has led to the arrests of nine people.
Police found the operation in Peel Close, Chingford, at 1am today (April 23) after being called to reports of a disturbance.
Cannabis plants, bags of dried cannabis and growing equipment were then found in the property.
Three teenage boys, four teenage girls, a 48-year-old man and a woman aged 34, have been arrested at the scene on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis.
They remain in custody in an east London police station whilst police carry out their enquiries.
