A section of the M25 is set to remain closed overnight until mid June due to a £9mil road resurfacing scheme.
The second and third lanes on both the clockwise and anti-clockwise carriages are set to remain closed between junctions 23 and 24 and junctions 25 at Waltham Cross and 27 at Theydon Bois while works are underway.
The Highways Agency will close the lanes between 10pm and 5am Monday to Friday's and between 10.30pm and 5am on Sunday evenings.
Works will not take place on Saturday's.
The scheme includes removing 4 cm of the current road, replacing it with a new surface in a bid to quieten traffic and removing former faded lane markings to avoid confusion.
The works are due to be completed by June 21.
