A crack house has been closed after police received complaints about gang members distributing and using drugs at the property.
Police secured a three-month closure order for the drug den in Bude Close, Walthamstow, from Stratford Magistrates' Court last month.
Following the complaints of anti-social behaviour and drug use from residents, the gang members were relocated to another address within the borough.
No arrests were made during the eviction or as a result of the order.
Sergeant Stephen Johnston-Keay, of Markhouse Safer Neighbourhood Team, said the occupants were known to police as active members of a local gang.
He said: "After receiving a number of complaints from local residents about the address, we gathered intelligence which was crucial in securing the closure order from Stratford Magistrates.
"We are committed to tackling drugs and anti-social behaviour in our communities and urge anyone who has any concerns to contact police, in order for us to take action."
The closure order is effective for three months expiring at 4pm on July 12.
