A "chic"boutique selling vintage clothes has been opened by a charity in "up-and-coming" Leytonstone.
Haven House Childrens Hospice launched the new shop in High Road, Leytonsone, on Monday (May 18).
The charity said it has been designed to have a “chic, vintage feel” with chandeliers, retro display cabinets and a section for home interiors.
Matt Lord, head of retail at the Woodford Green charity, said: “We wanted to offer a real point of difference from what other charity shops are offering in the area, to appeal to a wider customer base.
“Leytonstone is an up-and-coming area with lots of footfall, so it’s the ideal location to trial a boutique concept.
“We think it will be a great addition to Leytonstone and will bring the East London vintage scene to the area.
“We are urging residents to donate their pre-loved goods to the boutique, volunteer, and of course, shop in the new space.”
