An image of a suspect who is believed to have targeted a housing development twice in 24 hours to steal valuable bicycles has been released by police.
The man pictured is wanted in connection with two bike thefts at a car park underneath Altius Court in Jacks Farm Way, Highams Park.
Police admit they are unsure how the thief managed to gain access to the car park at 3.50pm on March 27 and again the following day at 4.15pm.
A Trek Madone bicycle and a Scott Speedster, both worth £1,000, were taken by unbolting a bike lock hoop from the ground.
Altius Court is part of the 253-home Tesco development built in 2012 after the supermarket giant was granted permission to open a superstore in Highams Park.
