An Italian chef and restaurateur widely known for Jamie Oliver's rise to fame will be visiting Chingford this weekend.
Gennaro Contaldo will be signing copies of his book's 'Gennaro's Italian Family Favourites, Slow Cook Italian, Two Greedy Italians, and Let's Cook Italian, at Chingford's Costco branch off Harbet Road on Saturday.
The TV favourite, who has his own BBC2 show 'Two Greedy Italians' with fellow Italian chef Antonio Carluccio, is also recognised as the Minori-born chef who taught Jamie Oliver everything he knows about Italian cooking.
Mr Contaldo and Mr Carluccio regularly appear on James Martin's Saturday Kitchen.
He will be signing copies of his books from 2pm.
