CCTV has been released of a woman who used pliers to steal an extension lead.
She walked into Argos in High Road, Leytonstone, at 1.45pm on May 9.
The thief, all dressed in black, then used the pliers to cut off a security tag attached to a £40 extension lead and left the store.
A short video clip shows the woman walking into the store.
