A man has pleaded not guilty to stealing tools from a car.
Jamie Edwin Happer, 42, of Longcroft Rise in Loughton, appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Monday (June 23) charged with stealing £3,000 worth of tools from the back of a car belonging to Robert Oliver on June 14.
The 42-year-old has been remanded in custody.
He will appear by video link at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on July 20.
