Police in Waltham Forest have released a CCTV image of a thief who stole 14 bottles of shampoo then left them outside.
The man pictured is wanted for shoplifting at Wilko in High Street, Walthamstow, on May 24 at 3.40pm.
He loaded the bottles of Head & Shoulders shampoo worth £66 into a wheeled basket and then left the store.
Staff later found the basket and shampoo dumped outside the store.
