A charity and “upcycling” centre held a fundraising event this morning (June 30) to help fight a degenerative genetic disorder.
Epping Forest ReUse held the ‘Coffee Tea Cake Morning’ to raise money for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a genetic disorder which affects the structure of connective tissue in the body.
The event was held after an appeal to the baking enthusiasts of Epping Forest to donate cakes for sale.
The charity’s centre in Bower Hill, Epping, hosted the event.
