A troublesome tenant has been temporarily evicted from their home.
Police have issued a closure order on a home in on Sauls Green, Leytonstone because of the level of anti-social behaviour.
The closure order was applied for by officers and supported by Ascham Homes, following many complaints from local residents.
Stratford Magistrates' Court granted the three-month order and the property has now been secured.
The tenant was asked to leave the following day, on June 18.
The closure order prohibits access to the location for three months and anyone breaching the order will be arrested.
Dedicated Ward Officer for Cann Hall, PC Alex Norrington, who secured the closure order said: "The property has been a focus on my ward due to the number of complaints and calls we've had to respond to."
Sergeant Memhet Ganidagli said: "This is a great result, not only for PC Norrington and our wards, but also for all the neighbours who have had to put up with the anti-social behaviour from the property for too long now."
No details have been given over the person's identity.
The first closure order in Waltham Forest was issued earlier this year.
