Starbucks set to return to Loughton after four years

The coffee chain, which will replace Caffe Latte, which closed down in early 2014, is set to unveil the new High Road store on Tuesday (August 4).

Residents have taken to Twitter to express opinions on the return of the coffee giant, which left the town in 2011 claiming rents were too high.
