The proposed plans are set to be discussed next week
Plans to erect nine houses on green belt land have been submitted.
Anderson Design and Build plan to redevelop Foster Street Farm in Foster Street, North Weald Bassett with the residential units, associated car parking and open spaces.
The applicant has also applied to erect refuse and recycling facilities on the land.
The plans are set to be addressed by Epping Forest District Council's Development Management Committee on August 5.
