Hart will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow (July 28) for trial
A man is set to appear in court tomorrow accused of beating two people and holding a woman against her will with a knife.
Richard George Hart, 39, of Copperfield in Chigwell, is accused of beating both Andrea and Toby Parrish in Ongar on November 12 and harassing Andrea Parrish between September 1 and 13 last year by sending her numerous messages and phone calls.
Hart is also accused of attending Ms Parrish’s home address, picking up a knife and refusing to let her leave.
He pleaded not guilty to all three charges on September 15.
Hart will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow (July 28) for trial.
