All three charges against Mr Hart were dropped yesterday
All charges against a man accused of beating two people and holding a woman against her will have been dropped.
Richard George Hart, 39, of Copperfield in Chigwell, appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates' Court yesterday (July 29) accused of beating both Andrea and Toby Parrish in Ongar on November 12.
Mr Hart was also accused of harassing Andrea Parrish between September 1 and 13 last year by sending her numerous messages and phone calls and attending Ms Parrish’s home address, picking up a knife and refusing to let her leave.
He pleaded not guilty to all three charges on September 15.
All three charges were dropped in court yesterday.
