A gym member has been presented with a brand new £14,000 by Dragons Den star Duncan Bannatyne.
The multi-millionaire Scottish businessman, philanthropist and author visited Bannatyne Health Club in Morrison Avenue, Chingford, on Wednesday (August 19) where he handed over the keys to Adrian Alsop.
Mr Alsop, 57, from Orsett in Essex was given the Audi A1 after getting a friend to join up to the gym as part of a national competition.
The ceremony was held at Chingford as the health club underwent a £420,000 refurbishment last month.
Mr Alsop, said: "I was absolutely ecstatic when I was told that I had won a brand new Audi A1.
"When I entered the competition I never thought I would win the car, so it came as a really big surprise, especially when I was told that Duncan himself would hand over the keys."
