Police at the scene in Hainault Road Leytonstone this morning
A pedestrian has been taken to hospital after being knocked over this morning.
Police have cordoned off Hainault Road in Leytonstone following the collision at around 6.45am by the junction with Fairlop Road.
A diversion is in place for the W16 which is terminating at Leyton Green rather than Leytonstone Station.
