A man and a woman are set to appear in court accused of 'outraging public decency' on a train.
The 40-year-old man from Chigwell and a 39-year-old woman from Chelmsford came forward following a police notice appealing for information on two wanted for the scene on a London to Essex train.
The pair were both interviewed under caution and subsequently reported for summons to court for outraging public decency.
They are set to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (September 1).
