A man is set to appear on trial accused of beating a man and possessing an air pistol in public.
Daniel Jonathon Bedford of Bryony Close in Loughton is set to appear in Chelmsford Magistrates Court tomorrow (September 3) charged with assaulting a man by beating him in Loughton on February 10.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared in court on June 26.
Bedford is also accused of carrying an unloaded Umarex H.P.P Air Pistol around Valley Hill in Loughton on the same date.
He indicated a guilty plea to the second charge and will be sentenced tomorrow.
