An ambulance, rapid response vehicle, ambulance officer and Essex Air Ambulance attended the scene
A man was taken to hospital after being found unconcious on Sunday.
One ambulance, a rapid responce vehicle and an air ambulance attended the scene on a road off of Roding Lane in Buckhurst Hill following reports of a man in his 70s being discovered ill.
Paramedics treated the elderly patient, who was not breathing when they arrived.
He was taken to the major trauma unit at the Royal London Hospital.
He remains in a serious condition.
