Dozens of dogs are set to take part in a walk next weekend to raise money for charity.
Teddy the Labrador is set to lead the event in Loughton on September 20 to raise money for dogs charity, Guide Dogs.
Each dog that takes part in the walk will receive a cape, a goody bag and a certificate.
Walkers will meet at the Victoria Tavern in Smarts Lane, Loughton at around 11.30am ready for a 12pm set off.
The route will see pets and their owners head through the wooded area opposite and follow a back road trail back to the pub.
Admission to the event, which has already raised £140, is free but walkers are asked to donate the price 'of a drink'.
Organiser, Mary Kinsella, said: "I am looking forward to the event and I hope the weather is good.
"The aim is just for everyone to enjoy themselves and meet new people.
"Hopefully we can raise some money for a good cause along the way."
