Road users should expect delays of up to 10 minutes
There are currently moderate delays following a burst water main in Loughton.
Temporary traffic lights are currently in place on the A121, which connects Buckhurst Hill and Loughton, while works to fix the road are underway.
Road users should expect delays of up to 10 minutes when travelling in either direction.
