Four days of live music across Walthamstow kicks off tonight (September 17).

The opening show of this year’s Stow Festival sees Rhys Williams preview tracks from his new album at the Ye Olde Rose & Crown in Hoe Street.

Also appearing is Rob Finlay, with his brand of edgy folk and soaring vocals, and Sian Cross with doors opening starts at 7.30pm.

Elsewhere you can catch some jazz at The Victoria in Hoe Street with Los Otros from 9pm.

Headliners, Jim Jones and the Righteous Mind will be bringing their 'heavy lounge' to the theatre pub on Saturday, (September 19) in a gig that has already sold out.

The rest of the festival will boast more than 100 acts in 25 venues around Walthamstow such as cafes, pubs, museums and outdoor spaces.
