A new musical featuring Burt Bacharach’s songbook, which will make its highly anticipated West End transfer to the Criterion Theatre from October 3.

Performed by a young, multi-talented cast, the show is led by Kyle Riabko and features his thrillingly new yet beautifully faithful interpretations of more than 30 Bacharach classics such as Anyone Who Had a Heart, I Say a Little Prayer, Magic Moments, Walk on By, Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, What’s New Pussycat, What the World Needs Now is Love and, of course, Close to You.

They are fused with innovative choreography, taking the audience on an emotional and exhilarating journey.

The show was a smash hit at New York Theatre Workshop, original home of both Once and Rent, becoming the longest running show in the history of that theatre, followed recently by a sold out and highly acclaimed run at The Menier Chocolate Factory.

Beloved composer Burt Bacharach, has had a career spanning moire than six decades and has written none chart-topping songs, 48 top 10 hits, and more than 70 top 40 hits.

The winner of three Academy Awards and eight Grammys, including the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Award and 1997 Trustees Award, has given the show his wholehearted and enthusiastic support, exclaiming: “It’s brilliant. Kyle has done something truly unique with my music. I loved it!"
