A dog owner has been hit with a hefty fine for failing to keep it under control in public.
Kristian Szulewski, 28, pleaded guilty to having a pitbull which was dangerously out of control in Lyttelton Road, Leyton on May 10.
The red nose breed who lives with its owner in Leyton High Road, injured another man while out on the walk.
A judge at Snaresbrook Magistrates Court on Monday (September 21) ordered the animal must be castrated, microchipped, registered and always muzzled when out.
Szulewski must pay a total of £1,905 in court costs, compensation and victim surcharge.
