Epping Upland

Mr George Myford: The Old Granary, Copped Hall Estate High Road, Epping, CM16 5HS. Grade II listed building consent for extensions to garage block to the curtilege listed Old Granary with glazed link.

Fyfield

Mr Brent Bedford: Blakeney, Clatterford End, Fyfield, Ongar, CM5 0RD. Proposed first floor side extension. Two storey rear extension. Loft conversion including dormers to rear. Two storey bay windows to front elevation. Two vehicle standing areas.

Lambourne

London Ambulance Service NHS Trust: NHS Radio Mast site, New Road, Lambourne End, RM4 1AR. Demolition of existing radio mast and compound buildings and the construction of a single house with two off-street car spaces on turntable.

Loughton

Mr A Walker: 15 Oakwood Hill Industrial Estate, Oakwood Hill, Loughton, IG10 3TZ. Installation of two storey business units (use class B1a). Part single- and part two storey cafe (use class A3). Associated welfare facilities and parking, forming a ‘business incubator development’ of 36 units based on reconditioned shipping containers.

Mr James Bain: Loughton Station, Station Approach, Loughton, IG10 4PD. Application for listed building consent to carry out the following works: ticket office windows removed, the apertures filled in, rendered and painted to match surrounding finishes.

Grade II listed building application for a two storey rear elevation extension, part replacement of previous extension (to be demolished). Removal of UPVC windows and replacement with timber flush fitting casements. Minor internal changes including reinstatement of original rear wall.

Nazeing

North Weald Bassett

Waltham Abbey

Ms Maya Polenz: Obelisk at Warlies Park near Obelisk Farm, Fernhall Lane, Upshire, Waltham Abbey, EN9 3TL. Grade II listed building application to provide safe work access. Carefully brush off all moss and lichen. Rub down remnants of previous lime wash. Rake-out all loose jointing and cracking, and re-point using colour matched hydraulic lime mortar, or lime putty in case of fine joints. Remove all loose render and re-place with matching lime render. Apply four coats of lime wash - colour of lime wash to match the existing weathered limestone – mix on site to suit, allow for colour samples to be approved by supervising officer. Provide a short treatment report.

Willingale

Mr Anthony Clough: Spain End, The Street, Willingale, Ongar, CM5 0SJ. Grade II listed building consent for removal of internal and external walls. Installation of the steel beams over the two opening and the replacement of a timber floor with concrete.
