The trial of a man accused of assaulting cabin crew and drunken behaviour on a plane at Gatwick has been delayed.
Neil Young, aged 38, from Epping, was escorted off an aircraft on May 22 after allegedly being drunk and disorderly and assaulting two members of staff.
He was also charged with a public order offence when he returned on bail on July 1.
Young was due to appear at Horsham Magistrates Court on Thursday (October 8) for the start of his two day trial but it has now been delayed until December 8 and 9 after two witnesses were not in the country.
The trial had previously been postponed after he was due to appear on September 2.
