Normal traffic is expected from 11.45am
Severe delays are affecting traffic on the M25 after two lorries collided, spilling fuel across the road.
Two lanes are closed on the anticlockwise carriageway and traffic is queuing from junction 25 at Enfield, causing congestion back to junction 26 at Waltham Abbey.
The Highways Agency expects “normal traffic conditions” to return from 11.45am.
