A LEYTON man has been charged with violent disorder after a teenager was killed in Brockley.
Detectives launched a murder investigation after Nassem Galleze, 17, a student from Bromley, was killed on September 26.
Police were called to report of a fight on the Turnham Estate in Brockley, South East London.
A car that was leaving the estate at the time, headed towards Loampit Vale, was hit with a lump of concrete, causing the driver to hit a lamppost.
Nassem, a rear passenger in the Vauxhall Corsa, was taken to a south London hospital in a critical condition where he later died.
Remi Moore, 22, of Lea Bridge Road in Leyton appeared in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Saturday (October 3) charged with violent disorder.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Woolwich Crown Court on October 16.
Detectives are continuing to appeal for witnesses and information on the Nassem's murder.

Tershan Thompson-Williams, 21, of Seager Place in Lewisham is also charged with violent disorder.
