Man charged with attack on pensioner as police investigate incident
A MAN will appear in court today accused of attacking a pensioner and leaving him in a crticial condition.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating an assault which took place on Friday (October 23).
Wai Cuk Yuen, 26 of Leyton appears in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today charged with assaulting a 74-year-old man in Scholefield Road in Upper Holloway.
