The house fire broke out on Hainault Road, Leytonstone
Three people have escaped from a house fire this morning.
Firefighters are currently dealing with the blaze which broke out on the first floor of the property in Hainault Road, Leytonstone.
The occupants managed to flee the flames before the London Fire Brigade arrived at just after 9am.
A fire service spokesman said the cause of the fire is 'not known at this stage'.
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters from Leyton, Leytonstone and Homerton fire stations attended the scene.
