Children took a stand against the bullies last week with a series of school events.
The pupils at Hereward Primary School in Loughton learnt about bullying and how to deal with it as part of the national Anti-Bullying Week.
Teacher Seb Ventura from Debden Park High School visited and held drama workshops for year five and six pupils, helping them understand how to deal with bullying issues.
Anti-bullying teacher at Hereward, Scott Buckland, said: “It is important to highlight the serious issues related to bullying and particularly with those to do with online and cyber bullying.
“We aim to equip our children with the skills to make the right decisions and to ask for help when they need it.”
