North Weald Bassett

Roydon
Mr Joe Urso: Di Rosa Garden Centre, Tylers Road, Roydon, CM19 5LJ. Demolition of part of existing glasshouses, erection of building for storage of ice cream vans and re-use of retained glasshouses for parking.
Stanford Rivers
Mr Nick Hagger: 153 London Road, Stanford Rivers, Ongar, CM5 9QF. Detached dwelling.
Waltham Abbey
Mr M Ingrao: Thrift Cottage, Sewardstone Road, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1NP. Demolition of existing Grade II listed building and erection of a replacement office building.
