Three people were trapped in their vehicle after a crash in a rural road.
Firefighters were called to the collision in Chelmsford Road, High Ongar, at 5.40pm yesterday (January 31).
Two crews used specialist cutting equipment to free the three people by 7.05pm.
The casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service.
The extent of their injuries is not yet known.
