Danny Jenkins was charged in connection with the crash in Harlow Road, Roydon
A man has been charged with drug-driving after a crash between a van and two motorbikes.
Danny Jenkins, 20, of Homefield Road, Ware, was charged in connection with the collision which happened in Harlow Road, Roydon, on December 16 2015.
Essex Police were called to the crash shortly after 3.20pm.
Jenkins, unemployed, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on February 23.
