Two men have been accused of impersonating police officers after a burglary last week.
Steven Clark, aged 19, of Fern Hill Lane on the edge of North Weald Bassett and Harlow, was charged with possession of a class B drug, impersonating a police constable and burglary after the burglary in Rivermill, Harlow, on February 1.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on February 8.
James Clark, 19 of Barnet Road, Potters Bar was charged with impersonating a police constable and burglary.
He was released on police bail to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates court on Wednesday March 9.
