A 25-year-old man has been found not guilty of assaulting a woman twice in a month.
Syed Abu Ahmed, of Hermon Hill, South Woodford was cleared of attacking a woman in Bermuda Way, Stepney Green on September 2 and October 2 last year.
Mr Ahmed was convicted of breaking two family non-molestation orders by phoning the same woman and visiting her at home in December 2015 when he had been told not to do so.
He was given a six-month community order at Stratford Magistrates Court on Monday (May 9).
