North Weald parish councillors
A new High Road garden will be officially opened early next month.
On June 7, North Weald parish council will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the garden area, outside the parade of shops in the village’s High Road.
Flowers have already been planted after work began in March and April.
The council is now looking for sponsors to help maintain the area over the coming year.
GreenAcres Woodland Burials, Davis Homes estate agents, Stuart Poulton the Family Funeral Director, and Cinnamon Indian Restaurant in North Weald have already pledged their support.
The official opening will be at 1.15pm on June 7.
