Lambourne
Mr Antony Pearce: Woodland Camp, Manor Road, Lambourne, Romford, RM4 1NB. Upgrade and renewal of the recreational facilities on the site in order to ensure the site's continued use for recreational purposes. The proposal includes a) the demolition and replacement of the existing central pavilion building, b) the demolition of three existing cabins, caretaker's lodging, and removal of mobile homes, and their replacement with 47 new purpose-designed cabins including a new caretaker's lodging, c)The removal of a number of outbuildings and their replacement with two purpose-designed storage sheds, d) The construction of a new service and refuse compound, e) General landscaping works, and f) The upgrading of the existing entrance drive to improve safety and security including new signage.
