Carlos "Junior" Rueda, 16, found after missing from Leytonstone
A 16-YEAR-OLD Colombian boy has been found after reported missing from Leytonstone for more than two weeks.
Police in Waltham Forest are happy to inform the public that Carlos Rueda, who goes by the nickname "Junior", turned up last night (September 12).
