Traffic was delayed on the M25 this morning (September 30) after a dozey driver dropped a bed on the motorway.
Essex County Council’s travel service said the bed was reported on the clockwise carriageway between junction 26 in Waltham Abbey and junction 27 for the M11, at about 7am.
The bed has now been removed.
