A Thames Water van has been completely destroyed after it burst into flames on the road.
The Transit van caught fire in the A121 Dowding Way, Waltham Abbey, shortly before 12.34pm today (October 10).
The dramatic blaze was captured by photographer Paul Wood as two Essex County Fire and Rescue firefighters tackled the flames.
One fire engine was sent from Waltham Abbey and another from Loughton.
The fire was fully extinguished by 1.07pm.
