Stratford station was evacuated this morning following a fire scare.
The station closed to the public after alarms sounded at around 9am this morning (Friday, October 21).
London Fire Brigade crews inspected the scene and the station was reopened around half an hour later.

The scare came less than 24 hours after East Greenwich station was evacuated, when a suspect package was found on a train.
Underground, Overground and DLR services running through Stratford have now resumed, but TfL is warning of possible overcrowding on trains and at the station.
