A TEENAGER was attacked by two men before being raped by one of them in a park.

The 17-year-old was walking through Millfields Park, Clapton, when she was approached by two men.

She had been walking towards a bus stop in Lea Bridge Road on Thursday afternoon when she was forced into an area of the park.

One of them raped her while the other stood and watched. After the attack, which happened between 2pm and 4pm, both men ran away.

The first suspect is described as a black male of Somali appearance, approximately 5ft 6inches tall of skinny build and aged approximately 20.

He had his eyebrow pierced with a silver stud and was wearing a black t-shirt and grey jogging bottom.

The second suspect was described as a light skinned black male of medium build with cropped black hair, shaved on the sides.

He is aged approximately 20 and was wearing jogging bottoms and black and white patterned trainers.

The victim is now being supported by specialist officers.

Officers from the Met’s Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command are investigating the case, but have yet to make any arrests.
