Drugs, money, scales, phones and a car were seized after two men were stopped by police.
The pair were held by Essex Police in Old Nazeing Road, Nazeing, at about 5.20pm on Friday (October 21).
Officers stopped and searched the Volkswagen the men were travelling in, finding a black bag of what appeared to be cannabis.
A 20-year-old man from Broxbourne was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs other than class A and assaulting a police officer.
A 21-year-old man from Epping was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs other than class A.
Both have been released on bail during further investigation until December 22.
