Sir Rod Stewart's 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S
An auction will offer the chance to buy a piece of rock history when a supercar once owned by Sir Rod Stewart goes under the hammer.
Delivered new in the same year as his classic hit Maggie May, the 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S will be sold at the Classic and Sports Car Show at Alexandra Palace on Saturday (October 29).
The singer, who recently moved to Sheering from his mansion in Copped Hall, Epping, could see his car reach £800,000 to £900,000.
The 71-year-old received his knighthood from the Duke of Cambridge on October 11 in recognition of his services to music and charity.
